Administrative Law governs a person’s or organization’s methods for conducting business in a regulated industry.  The laws are created by administrative agencies (governmental bodies based at any level of City, County, State or Federal government) and are used to control such actions as the applications, licenses, permits, available information, hearings, appeals and decision-making.
