Ms. Erian R. Ponzini began her legal career as a corporate attorney with a prestigious firm focusing on corporate law, regulatory compliance, employment law, contract, and litigation. After practicing in a corporate environment for 15 years, Ms. Ponzini realized that she could make a larger difference in our world by bringing her corporate experience to today’s Entrepreneurs and the sole individual.
Ms. Ponzini is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut as well as the United States District Court for both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
