John C. Gugliotta began his career working for a well-known criminal and civil rights attorney in Beverly Hills, California. In 1995, Mr. Gugliotta joined Richard G. Gugliotta to form Gugliotta and Associates and opened Offices in both New York and California.
Mr. Gugliotta practices law in both New York and California. He is admitted to the United States District Court for both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, as well as being admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Ninth Circuits.
John served as an arbitrator for the White Plains City Court between 2001-2004 and is on an Assigned Counsel Panel for White Plains City Court, 2001-2004, 2010-present.
